Service fees are charged per passenger, per ticket for cancellations, changes, refunds, and related services. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified and may be converted to your local currency at the time of payment.

Refund & Credit Policies
- Refunds and future credits are subject to airline fare rules and policies.
- Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless the fare rules allow otherwise.

Refunds are applicable only if:
- The request is accepted,
- The booking is not marked as “no-show,”
- Required waivers are obtained from the airline/supplier.
- Most “no-show” bookings are not eligible for refunds.
Service Fee Policy
- Service (booking) fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
- Fees are charged in addition to any airline or supplier-imposed charges.
- Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change.
- You will only be charged the final total amount displayed at the time of payment.
Special Services & Requests
All special services are:
- Processed on a request basis
- Subject to airline approval
- Charged upon fulfillment
- Refunded only if the airline denies the request
