Price Drop Assurance – Terms & Conditions

Price Drop Assurance is an optional service that monitors your booked flight for potential savings.

If a lower price is found within 24 hours after booking, Travelgobuzz.com may rebook the same itinerary (same flight, passengers, and dates). Any savings will be provided to you in the form of a Travelgobuzz gift card.

A portion of the savings may be retained as a rebooking service fee.

Important notes:

  • Savings are not guaranteed.
  • Rebooking occurs only if meaningful savings (typically $30 or more) are identified.
  • Not all flights or airlines qualify for this service.
  • A new ticket confirmation will be issued if rebooking occurs.

We recommend not purchasing ancillary services (such as seat selection or baggage) directly from airlines until the 24-hour monitoring period ends.

If you have already purchased such services, you must contact the airline to associate them with your new ticket.

Limitation of Liability

All information and services on this Site are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Travelgobuzz.com does not provide warranties regarding:

  • The supplier approves the refund request

Refund processing may take 60–90 days depending on supplier policies.

Travelgobuzz.com service fees are non-refundable.

Credit Card Payments

Temporary authorization holds may appear on your card during the booking process.

Travelgobuzz.com may verify transactions for security purposes and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

Seats, Meals & Special Requests

Seat assignments, meals, and other requests are not guaranteed and remain subject to airline approval.

Service fees for processing such requests are non-refundable.

Baggage Policy

Airlines may charge baggage fees, including for the first checked bag.

Fees vary depending on the airline and baggage weight. Travelers must pay these charges directly to the airline.

Overbooking

Airlines may overbook flights. In such cases, the airline’s contract of carriage determines compensation and resolution.

Unaccompanied Minors

Any errors must be reported within 4 hours of booking.

Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the itinerary.

Travelgobuzz Terms & Conditions – CRUISE

PRICING INFORMATION

Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted per person in US dollars, based on double occupancy. Prices do not include government fees, taxes, port charges, or airfare. A non-refundable processing fee of $35* per booking applies and is not included in the listed price.

Cruise lines reserve the right to impose a fuel surcharge, which is not included in the advertised fare and must be paid prior to departure if applicable. Passengers booked under special rates must present valid government-issued identification (such as a passport, birth certificate, or driver’s license) at the time of boarding to verify age or residency.

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Travelgobuzz is not responsible for errors or omissions in pricing or content. Final pricing may vary depending on the ship, stateroom category, departure date, and departure port.

Promotions, upgrades, and special offers are limited, subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Promotional codes apply only to the $35 Travelgobuzz service fee unless otherwise stated. Offers may be valid only for specific travel dates, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories. Phone reservations using credit cards may be accepted but could be limited and subject to currency conversion into US dollars. Upgrades cannot be combined with group rates or other promotions and are subject to availability.

PASSENGER NAMES

Passengers must ensure that all names provided to Travelgobuzz match exactly with their passport or official identification, including correct spelling of first, middle, and last names. Any changes after booking may incur additional charges from both Travelgobuzz and the cruise operator. For corrections, contact us as soon as possible.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCES

Baggage policies are determined by the respective cruise lines. For the most accurate and updated information, please refer directly to the cruise line’s official website. Travelgobuzz is not responsible for changes in baggage policies. Passengers are advised to review these terms carefully before booking, as luggage allowances may be limited.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

For requests related to infants, special meals, medical conditions, or other specific needs, please contact our Cruise Experts or email us at support@travelgobuzz.com. Our team will assist you and communicate your requirements to the cruise line.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refundable rates apply only to the cruise deposit amount and must be fully paid before the specified deadline. Processing fees are excluded from refundable amounts. Group bookings and charter sailings are not eligible for refundable rate promotions.

To modify or cancel a reservation, you must contact Travelgobuzz directly, not the cruise supplier. Refund eligibility may vary, and cruises may be partially or fully non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, the number of passengers cannot be changed. Cancellation may involve fees from both the cruise supplier and Travelgobuzz.

No changes or modifications are permitted once the journey has commenced.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Travelgobuzz Holiday Package Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on the website and will override any previously published, conflicting policies, including those related to changes and cancellations.

All services included in a Holiday Package—such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities—are governed by both these Terms & Conditions and the individual terms of the respective Travel Service Providers.

By booking with Travelgobuzz, you agree to also comply with the terms of the relevant service providers. These terms are generally available on the provider’s official website and may be shared during the booking process where possible.

Travelgobuzz is not responsible for:

  • Errors or inaccuracies on the website
  • Performance, service quality, or actions of third-party providers

These providers include airlines, hotels, cruise operators, rail services, car rental companies, tour operators, activity providers, and insurance companies.

Travelgobuzz acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee:

  • The quality of third-party services

  • Compensation for any losses caused by providers

PRICING, TAXES/FEES & PAYMENTS

Prices apply only when booking the complete Holiday Package and may not be valid for individual components. Due to supplier agreements, detailed price breakdowns may not always be available.

Service Fees charged by Travelgobuzz:

  • $50 per passenger (flight bookings)
  • $40 per room per night (hotel bookings)
  • Up to $40 (car rentals)

Displayed prices typically include applicable taxes and fees. However, additional costs may apply, including:

  • Airline baggage and seat selection fees
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Hotel incidental charges
  • Government entry/exit taxes

Travelers are fully responsible for these additional charges.

Excluded costs include:

  • Car rental add-ons (fuel, child seats, racks, insurance)
  • Hotel incidental expenses

Payment Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Accepted cards must have billing addresses in the United States or Canada
  • Travelgobuzz and its authorized partners are permitted to charge the full booking amount

A valid credit card may also be required during hotel check-in or car rental pickup. Some providers may not accept debit cards.

SELF-TRANSFER PACKAGE

If your booking includes a Self-transfer Package, additional terms apply. These outline the conditions, coverage, and required actions.

Travelers must ensure sufficient time between connecting flights. If unsure, contact customer support before booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travelgobuzz strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, delays, or changes.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

TRAVELGOBUZZ – CAR RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Taxes and Fees

A 14.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to car rentals as per U.S. regulations.

Age Restrictions

  • Minimum rental age: 19 years
  • Drivers under 25 may incur a young driver surcharge
  • Rentals in Maui, Newark, and Vernal require a minimum age of 21

Additional Driver

Additional drivers may be allowed with renter approval. The primary renter assumes full responsibility for all damages and liabilities. Additional charges may apply.

Driving Licence Requirements
