Once the airline or supplier releases an approved refund, it will be credited to the original payment method or processed in accordance with their refund policy.
If a refund request is declined by the airline or travel supplier, no refund can be issued unless permitted under their applicable terms and conditions.
Refund amounts may be reduced by airline cancellation penalties, supplier charges, fare rules, applicable taxes, and any non-refundable service fees.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers throughout the cancellation and refund process; however, the final decision regarding refund approval, amount, timing, and method rests solely with the airline or travel supplier.
