Service fees may apply to your booking depending on the type of travel product, itinerary, fare, passenger type, and booking method. The applicable service fee will be included in the total price presented before you complete your booking.

Online Booking Service Fees

Service fees will be displayed during the booking process and, where applicable, converted into your local currency on the payment page.

For air bookings, passenger types may include adults, children, seniors, infants, students, and military passengers.

Special Airfare & Booking Fees

Certain bookings, fares, or itinerary types may be subject to different service fees, including:

• Vacation Packages: Up to $50 per passenger

• Business & First Class Airfares: Up to $200 per passenger

• Multi-City & Open-Jaw Itineraries: Up to $100 per passenger

• Alternate Dates & Nearby Airports: Up to $55 per passenger

• Fusion Fares / Value Deals: Up to $100 per passenger

• Unaccompanied Minor Tickets: Up to $100 per passenger

• Cruise Bookings: Up to $250 per booking

Call Center Booking Service Fees

Bookings made through our Call Center may be subject to higher service fees than bookings completed online. Fees may vary depending on the fare type, cabin class, itinerary complexity, passenger type, and the level of assistance required.

Complex itineraries, including multi-city and open-jaw bookings, may be subject to higher Call Center service fees within the applicable ranges.

Cruise Bookings

Call Center service fees for cruise bookings may vary according to the cruise category:

Standard / Economy Cruise	Up to $100 per booking
Premium Cruise	Up to $150 per booking
Luxury Cruise	Up to $200 per booking
Ultra-Luxury / Exclusive Cruise	Up to $250 per booking

The applicable cruise service fee will be included in the final quoted price before the booking is completed.

Service Fee & Refund Policy

Service and transaction fees are generally non-refundable and are subject to change without notice.

If a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of making the booking, the applicable transaction service fee will be refundable.

If a cancellation is requested more than 24 hours after making the booking, the applicable transaction service fee will be non-refundable.

Any refund of a service fee does not automatically mean that the underlying airline ticket, hotel reservation, car rental, cruise booking, or other travel product is refundable. Refundability of the travel product remains subject to the applicable supplier's fare rules, cancellation policy, and terms and conditions.

The total amount payable will be clearly presented before the booking is completed.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FINAL TOTAL PRICE AS QUOTED AND CONFIRMED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, REGARDLESS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGE OR VARIANCE IN THE SERVICE FEES.
