Refund & Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation and refund eligibility is subject to the fare rules, terms, and conditions of the airline or travel supplier.

  • If an airline offers a 24-hour cancellation policy, eligible bookings canceled within that period may qualify for a refund in accordance with the airline's policy.

  • Any applicable cancellation charges, penalties, or fare differences are determined solely by the airline or travel supplier.

  • Some airlines may issue refunds to the original payment method, while others may provide airline credits or travel vouchers for future travel.

  • Airline credits, vouchers, or travel funds are subject to the issuing airline's terms and expiration policies.

  • Once we receive your cancellation request, we will submit it to the airline or travel supplier for processing and send you an acknowledgment confirming that your request has been received.

  • Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval of a refund or travel credit.

  • Our service fees are generally non-refundable, as they cover the booking support and travel assistance services already provided, unless otherwise stated.

  • Refund processing times are determined by the airline or travel supplier and typically range from 30 days, although actual processing times may vary.

  • Once the airline or supplier releases an approved refund, it will be credited to the original payment method or processed in accordance with their refund policy.

  • If a refund request is declined by the airline or travel supplier, no refund can be issued unless permitted under their applicable terms and conditions.

  • Refund amounts may be reduced by airline cancellation penalties, supplier charges, fare rules, applicable taxes, and any non-refundable service fees.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers throughout the cancellation and refund process; however, the final decision regarding refund approval, amount, timing, and method rests solely with the airline or travel supplier.
